Terms of Use

Young Stewards™ | A product of Scale Consulting Group, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Young Stewards mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") with Scale Consulting Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Young Stewards™. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Who We Are

Young Stewards™ is operated by Scale Consulting Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Young Stewards™ ("Young Stewards," "we," "us," or "our"). The App is made available through CS Advisors, Inc., an SEC-registered investment adviser ("CS Advisors").

Use of the App does not create an investment advisory relationship with CS Advisors. If you separately engage CS Advisors for investment advisory services, that relationship is governed by a separate investment advisory agreement and Form ADV disclosure.

3. Description of the App

Young Stewards is a family financial education application designed to help parents engage children in age-appropriate conversations about money, values, and personal finance. The App provides:

• Structured educational activities organized by age tier
• A spaced repetition Revisit Engine to reinforce prior learning
• COACH, an AI-powered conversational assistant for parents
• Progress tracking and weekly ritual reminders

4. Not Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice

COACH is an AI assistant trained to support family financial education conversations. It is not a licensed financial adviser, broker-dealer, insurance producer, or tax professional. Responses from COACH are general in nature and may not be appropriate for your specific situation.

For personalized financial guidance, consult a qualified professional such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CPA, or attorney.

5. Bridge Signal Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Your use of the App is not contingent on engaging CS Advisors for any services. You may delete your account at any time to stop any future signal logging.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@youngstewards.family if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's infrastructure

8. Children's Information

You may enter information about your minor children (first names, ages, pronouns) to personalize the App experience. You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter. You are responsible for how you use the App in connection with your children and for ensuring use is appropriate for each child's maturity level.

9. Account Deletion and Data

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all of your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including activity text, educational frameworks, design, and branding, is owned by Young Stewards (Scale Consulting Group, LLC d/b/a Young Stewards) or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCALE CONSULTING GROUP, LLC (D/B/A YOUNG STEWARDS), CS ADVISORS, INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the App at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
